Now Hiring: Part-Time Bartender.
Western Racquet Club | Elm Grove, WI.

Western Racquet Club is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team for the 2025 winter season. This position offers the opportunity to work in a variety of club settings, including  private events, theme parties, and portable/mobile bar setups.
About Us:
Western Racquet Club is a family-friendly private club serving the Elm Grove and Brookfield communities. Our facilities include indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a newly renovated clubhouse, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a variety of dining and event spaces. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and providing a positive environment for both members and staff.
Position Highlights:
  • Part-time, seasonal position to year-round.
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
  • Prior bartending experience A MUST (minimum 1 year).
  • Must maintain a Responsible Beverage Server Certificate.
  • Must be 18+ and certified to serve alcoholic beverages in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service regulations.
  • Engage with members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Support event setup and breakdown as needed.
  • Work independently or as part of a team depending on the event size.
