The Benefit That's Hard to Find:
One of the biggest reasons our clinicians stay at Wellspring is something harder to list on a benefits sheet: you can actually make and see your impact here. • Work autonomously
  • Advocate for clients
  • Implement ideas quickly by working closely with those who can make fast decisions
  • Focus on care rather than bureaucracy
In other words, less red tape and more meaningful work.
Health:
  • Medical insurance with employer contributions
  • Dental and vision coverage fully paid for employees (single premium only)
  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to help offset medical expenses
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for healthcare and dependent care
