Job description

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of ICU or IMC and Surgical post-op required. Copy of COVID Vaccine, ACLS, BLS - AHA required. Must have a perm address outside 50 mile radius of facility. Heart and Vascular strongly preferred. Travelers are the first to float and may have shifts scheduled in multiple units. Will consider candidates without WI or compact license but must apply for a temporary license within 48 hours of accepting an offer. Every third weekend. Lvl. 1 trauma experience required.
