AND 3) Leading a team of professional and technical staff engaged in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration for complex construction projects. AND 4) interfacing with customers and stakeholders to represent leadership, resolve issues, and ensure communication of project status and commitments. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
