Job Summary:
Veterans Sourcing Group, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead high-visibility, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. This role involves planning, structuring, and executing complex programs while ensuring alignment with PMO standards and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Lead large, cross-functional programs and concurrent workstreams from planning through implementation.
• Drive prioritization, communication, risk management, and dependency tracking across teams.
• Develop and report project metrics, schedules, and status to stakeholders and executives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve blockers, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Ensure consistent application of PMO processes, standards, and controls.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
• PMP or Project Management certification preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus.
