Description
At a high level, this is tied to a broader Marketing Operations transformation effort that is underway across Marketing.
The primary goals are to standardize and scale how work is planned, prioritized, orchestrated, and measured across the marketing ecosystem while improving operational efficiency, visibility, and adoption of our core Adobe and marketing technology platforms.
In parallel, we're preparing for Adobe North Star and several AI-enabled marketing initiatives that will require significant process design, change management, stakeholder enablement, and cross-functional program coordination to ensure the organization is ready to adopt new ways of working.
While some of the scope builds upon work already underway, we're also expanding our focus beyond platform implementation to include operating model transformation, governance, workflow standardization, and AI readiness across Marketing Operations. Drive end-to-end program execution across marketing ops transformation
Work across:
3–5 external teams
3–4 internal MOPs teams
Coordinate complex, interdependent workstreams tied to Adobe ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage program plans and execution tracking
Partner with SMEs + stakeholders across platforms
Deliver structured reporting (R/Y/G status, exec updates)
Drive initiatives forward with urgency (“go-getter” expectation)
Identify cross-workstream dependencies and alignment opportunities
Program Manager 1
• Build and manage comprehensive program and project plans for initiatives defined by the MOPs leader, including data systems, data infrastructure, and cross-functional technical and operational workstreams.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution and governance of cross-functional initiatives across marketing, operations, analytics, technology, and data infrastructure systems, including management of interdependent platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront), UTM/campaign tracking frameworks, and related data systems;
• Establish and maintain milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines; ensure execution alignment from planning through measurement; enable accurate reporting and performance insights in partnership with analytics teams; and provide ongoing program status updates, risk identification, and milestone tracking to the MOPs leader and key stakeholders.
• Lead and support business-ready data structure initiatives across enterprise marketing, analytics, content, workflow, and operational platforms; ensuring alignment of data governance, system integrations, workflow orchestration, reporting enablement, and cross-functional operational processes across interconnected business and technology systems.
Program Manager 2
• Lead program management activities supporting CRM initiatives and Marketing execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of CRM operational milestones, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications for CRM-related programs.
• Partner with Marketing Operations, IT, and Data teams to support system integrations, process standardization, and operational governance.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, status reporting, and executive-level communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Support operational readiness activities including training coordination, documentation, user enablement, and process adoption.
• Manage issue resolution, escalation tracking, and change coordination to minimize operational disruption.
• Ensure alignment between CRM processes, campaign operations, data governance, and business objectives.
• Establish scalable frameworks, best practices, and operational playbooks to improve MOP efficiency and execution consistency.
