Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance


Work Schedule: Fort Bragg, NC


Role Overview:

The Program Manager supports the JID-TC responsibilities at Fort Bragg, NC, as the JCS proponent for the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program, with the objective of ensuring that operational forces can exploit the full capability of JTO Interface Systems. Support covers the full range of functions required to plan, develop, coordinate and manage the JTO training program to include courseware development and world-wide formal academic training and joint exercise support to support joint, allied and coalition air and ground forces in the employment of JTO Interface capabilities. Annually conduct approximately 30 Joint/U.S. Training Courses (CONUS and OCONUS) producing approximately 2000 graduates, and 30 Allied Training Courses (OCONUS) producing approximately 500 graduates for 10 allied nations.

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to program teams.

  • Interface with government representatives and stakeholders.
  • Supervise various task order activities and ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct cost and schedule analyses.
  • Develop and implement program strategies and plans.
Requirements:

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, science, or equivalent experience
  • PMI PMP is preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 15+ Years of experience in directing large analysis efforts in defense acquisition and sustainment programs.
  • 10 years of demonstrated management experience or project-level management in major systems.
