What does a Wellness Program Coordinator do?

A Wellness Program Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing health and wellness programs within an organization. Their goal is to promote healthy behaviors, improve employee well-being, and sometimes reduce healthcare costs. They often organize activities such as fitness challenges, health screenings, workshops, and wellness education sessions. Additionally, they evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and make improvements based on feedback and outcomes.

How does a Wellness Program Coordinator typically collaborate with other departments to implement successful wellness initiatives?
