What You'll Do:
  • Oversee all health and wellness services forย residents
  • Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
  • Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
  • Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
  • Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes
  • Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
  • Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals
  • Demonstrate flexibility and be willing to support daily floor operations as needed
What You'll Need:
  • Active RN or LVN license in the State of Texas
  • CPR Certificationย 
  • 3ย years of leadership experience in an assisted living or memory care setting required
  • Sensitivity and strong communication skills for working with residents and families
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings, along with stepping onto the floor to provide coverage and support when necessary.ย 
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
