At Next Level Medical, our Emotional Wellness Coach (LCSW) plays a crucial role in improving the mental and emotional well-being of our patients. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Emotional Wellness Coach provides comprehensive mental health support and guidance through evidence-based practices. Our Emotional Wellness Coaches embody our core values of Service-Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional and mental well-being and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, interventions, and progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices and new advancements in mental health care

Pay Range:

The salary range for the Emotional Wellness Coach (LCSW) position is $60,000 - $78,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.


FLSA Status:

This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. 
  • Current, active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California. 
  • Ability to obtain LCSW licensure in Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services (telehealth experience preferred). 
  • Comfortable providing telehealth services. 
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. 
  • Experience delivering brief, solution-focused, or evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. 
  • Demonstrates a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and upholding organizational core values. 
  • Availability to work 30 or more hours per week, including evenings and weekends as required.
