What You Will Do

This is a dynamic position that combines patient care, nutrition testing support, assisted stretching, and chiropractic assistance

Nutrition Response Testing Assistant

We are looking for someone who is interested in nutrition, supplements, vitamins, homeopathy, peptides, natural healthcare, and helping patients identify potential barriers to better health.
This position may include the opportunity to:
  • Assist our Nutrition Response Testing practitioner during appointments
  • Prepare testing materials, supplements, rooms, and patient records
  • Schedule nutrition appointments and complete patient follow-up
  • Organize and manage supplement inventory
  • Help patients understand the next steps in their wellness program
  • Support supplement recommendations and reordering
  • Learn more about Nutrition Response Testing
  • Develop skills in nutrition, supplementation, and functional wellness
  • Patient education and community outreach
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning Nutrition Response Testing and growing into additional responsibilities within our wellness department.

Assisted Stretching and Mobility

The Wellness Specialist may also be trained to provide guided stretching and mobility sessions for patients.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Guide patients through individualized assisted stretching sessions
  • Help patients improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and range of motion
  • Follow established stretching and safety protocols
  • Educate patients about healthy movement and appropriate home exercises
  • Document stretching sessions and patient progress
  • Communicate concerns or changes to the doctors
  • Help patients remain consistent with recommended stretching programs
  • Perform Chiropractic Assistant responsibilities between stretching sessions
Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities
  • Assist doctors with patient flow throughout the office
  • Prepare patients and treatment areas
  • Assist with examinations, documentation, notes, and X-rays
  • Administer cold laser therapy after training
  • Clean and disinfect equipment and patient areas
  • Support patient education and wellness recommendations
  • Anticipate the needs of the doctors and patients
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional clinical environment

A background in exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, athletic training, massage therapy, physical therapy assistance, stretch & recovery experience, yoga, fitness, sports, functional medicine, certified nutrition response testing practitioners, clinical nutritionists, naturopathic physicians, integrative health practitioners, or health coaching is helpful, but not required.
