We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Director to join our team at Cranberry Park at West Bloomfield. The Wellness Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinical program at our community. Plans, coordinates and manages the nursing department. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to the residents.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Wellness Director or Nursing Manager is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of health and clinical principles
  • Confident with managing and training clinical staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement resident service plans
  • Works closely with resident physicians, pharmacy, and ancillary services
