The Director of Health & Wellness plays a vital leadership role in shaping the quality of care and life within the community. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of resident care and clinical services, ensuring every resident receives compassionate, personalized, and high-quality support. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated care team while overseeing all health and wellness programs, including enhanced independent living and memory care
  • Ensure high-quality, compliant care through thorough resident assessments and personalized care planning
  • Provide clinical oversight, including medication management, documentation, and administration practices
  • Supervise, train, and support caregiving staff, medication technicians, and nursing personnel
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, hospice providers, and other healthcare partners to support positive outcomes
  • Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and smooth care transitions
  • Communicate regularly with residents and families to address care needs and updates
