Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and treatment continuity for clients.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
