This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location of your choosing. • Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients across diverse demographics.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, training, and seminars to enhance your skills and stay current with the latest mental health research.
• Engage collaboratively with colleagues across various disciplines to provide an integrated approach to client care.

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use issues, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Many of our clients come from underserved communities and have limited access to traditional in-person therapy, making your role crucial in providing equitable mental health support.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and contribute to holistic patient care.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desired.
• Experience conducting therapy in a remote or telehealth format.

• The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
