Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, training, and seminars to enhance your skills and stay current with the latest mental health research.
  • Engage collaboratively with colleagues across various disciplines to provide an integrated approach to client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use issues, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Many of our clients come from underserved communities and have limited access to traditional in-person therapy, making your role crucial in providing equitable mental health support.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits
  • The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
