They assist clients with wellness programs, provide information on health products or services, and sometimes lead wellness-related activities or classes. Their role may include customer service, education, and administrative duties, all aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles. Wellness Associates often work as part of a team to ensure a positive and supportive environment for clients.

To thrive as a Wellness Associate, you need a solid understanding of health and wellness principles, customer service experience, and often a background in nutrition, fitness, or related fields. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, wellness tracking apps, and sometimes certifications in health coaching or nutrition are commonly required. They also gather feedback from employees and work with team leads to tailor initiatives that best fit the company's culture. This cross-functional teamwork ensures that wellness programs are accessible, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
