Wellness Analysts are professionals who assess and improve the health and wellness programs within an organization. They collect and analyze data related to employee health, participation in wellness initiatives, and program outcomes. Wellness Analysts often collaborate with HR, benefits coordinators, and external wellness vendors to develop and implement effective wellness solutions.
