Royal Wellbeing Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team in Herndon, Virginia. The Physical Therapist position is primarily onsite, offering the unique opportunity to work in the comfortable and familiar space of our patients' homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their home settings to identify rehabilitation needs related to injury, surgery, or chronic conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and supervise customized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training.
  • Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, stretches, and strength-building activities, to alleviate patient pain and improve mobility.
  • Systematically track and document patient progress, treatment responses, and goal achievement using our practice management software.
  • Regularly reevaluate patient responses and adapt treatment plans and goals based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
  • Educate patients and caregivers about therapeutic exercises and the use of assistive devices to facilitate independence in daily activities.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in physical therapy through continuing education, workshops, and professional associations.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Virginia is mandatory.
