In this role you will get to lead the execution of training exercises at the Muscatatuck Training Range Complex. What You'll Be Doing: * Support testing and training events as required.
* Support customers with full spectrum of expertise to plan and provide support; schedule and coordinate cyber and technology based event; produce and maintain exercise planning and execution timelines within identified milestones; and schedule and participate in planning conferences based on Joint Event Life Cycle.
* Provide technical expertise to evaluate force laydown and employment, concepts of operation, operational vignettes, and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
* Provide assessments at the strategic, operational, or tactical level and include effects in the physical, logical, and cyber-persona layers.
* Coordinate and manage participation by national laboratories, red teams, and other Government and academic scientific organizations.
What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum five (5) years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.
* Minimum five (5) years of supervising experience.
* Minimum two (2) years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
* Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
* Security Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
* Experience collaborating with the leadership team and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective training objectives.
* Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management and implementation for training scenarios. Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
