Flex Well Therapeutics is seeking dedicated and passionate Full-Time Physical Therapists to join our team at our outpatient facility located in Trenton, New Jersey. This full-time position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Trenton, New Jersey. • Provide comprehensive assessments and evaluations for patients to create individualized therapy plans addressing specific goals and needs.
• Implement and supervise therapeutic interventions to aid in the rehabilitation process, ensuring compliance with physician guidelines and standards of practice.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare team members, including physicians and nursing staff, to coordinate integrated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and techniques that can be utilized outside of formal therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress reports as part of the ongoing care process.
• Prioritize caseload management to ensure the delivery of timely and efficient care while adjusting based on patient needs and conditions.

Our Physical Therapists will cater to a diverse patient population, treating conditions that range from acute orthopedic injuries to chronic pain management and rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with various age groups, from pediatric to geriatric patients, and will demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing patients' physical abilities and overall well-being through targeted therapeutic strategies.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting or with orthopedic patients is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation practices in physical therapy.
