Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Track & Field Coach to join our team! As a Track & Field Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
  • Lead structured practices
  • Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
  • Individualize practices to suit each childs abilities
  • Communicate with parents/guardians
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team
Qualifications
  • Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred
  • Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents
  • Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required
  • First aid and CPR-certified
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
