Job description


As a Box Office Ticket Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service by assisting guests with all of their ticketing needs and inquiries. Acting as an ambassador for Caesars Entertainment, you will maintain a positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude while serving as a primary resource for information about shows, events, the property, and the surrounding area.
This position is responsible for generating revenue through the sale and issuance of show tickets both at the Box Office and over the telephone. Agents are expected to actively promote performers, events, and entertainment offerings across Caesars Entertainment venues to maximize ticket sales and enhance the guest experience.
A strong working knowledge of Caesars Entertainment shows, venues, and services is essential to creating memorable guest interactions. Additional responsibilities include processing reservations and issuing tickets for off-site ticket vendors, collecting and reconciling funds and required documentation, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
The Box Office Ticket Agent works closely with VIP Services, Promotions, and Sales teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless guest service. Agents may also perform Reservation Clerk duties as assigned and are expected to effectively communicate and collaborate with guests, team members, supervisors, managers, Lead Box Office Clerks, and other departments.

  • Collect and reconcile payments and supporting documentation related to ticket transactions.
  • Partner with VIP Services, Promotions, Sales, and other departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Perform Reservation Clerk duties as scheduled.
  • Effectively present information and respond to guest and departmental inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive, welcoming, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Demonstrate an upbeat, courteous, and guest-focused attitude at all times.
