Must be able to work weekends

Responsibilities

  • All greet our guests in a friendly, happy manor and with a smile
  • Be able to learn, understand and use Open Table
  • Must be able to seat our guests in a friendly manor
  • Must be able to work in a very busy environment
  • Must act as a general helper to management at all times
  • Must follow direction and take redirection from management
  • Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Must have full knowledge of our menu and be able to answer standard questions from guests.
  • Must be able to answer the phone in a friendly manner, take reservations and be able to answer basic questions about Kanki
  • Must have reliable transportation, phone and email
  • Must be reliable and stick to your availability

Hourly Compensation negotiated depending entirely upon previous job experience

THE KANKI EXPERIENCE
When you visit of our Raleigh-Durham restaurants, you'll be greeted by our friendly staff and seated at a large table surrounding one of our teppan grills.
Next, you'll choose drinks, starters, sushi, hibachi and more from our extensive menu. All teppanyaki dishes will be made-to-order, and our chefs will prepare your hibachi chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon or scallops, along with rice and a selection of veggies, right in front of your eyes.
Of course, half of the fun is watching our chefs as they expertly chop, dice and cook your meal with the flip of a knife, providing mealtime entertainment your whole table is sure to enjoy!
