Job description

RN - Telemetry Nurse

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate, individualized patient care across diverse age groups in a supportive environment within the Midwest region. This role involves developing and implementing nursing care plans, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring patient safety at all times.

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.

Experience

Previous nursing experience is preferred. New graduates from accredited programs are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the relevant state.
  • Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to apply nursing principles effectively and communicate clearly.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and computer skills.
  • Commitment to integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence in patient care and teamwork.

As a Telemetry Nurse, you will observe and report changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions, mentor new staff and students, and collaborate closely with healthcare team members. This role requires adherence to privacy regulations and unit-specific competencies, with ongoing professional development supported.
