Job description

Position Title: Casino VIP Representative
Position Overview:
The Casino VIP Representative will be responsible for focused contact to qualified guests through telemarketing efforts to drive revenue through room and event reservations. The role will include telemarketing to new and established guests, promoting marketing initiatives and assisting with growing the database.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
• Actively tele-market to drive revenue by promoting property events and promotions
• Develop new players, maintain existing and service all levels of guests
• Effectively assist with hotel and event reservations
• Proactively confirm arrangements including room type, amenities, dinner and show reservations
• Assist with daily reports such as arrivals and departures
• Ensure follow up to thank player for visit and extend bounce back offer
• Meet and or exceed tele-marketing and revenue goals
• Demonstrate a complete knowledge of marketing programs and benefits
• Track and log player contact along with pertinent information in CRM system
• Assist with the execution of special events and promotions as needed
• Encourage card sign ups on casino floor and assist Casino Hosts as needed
• Make decisions regarding player comps and incentives within established guidelines
• Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management
Position Requirements:
• A minimum of two years guest service experience or similar field
• Excellent guest service skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Experience working with a CRM system
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external guests
• Must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position
• Must be 21 years of age or older
