Continuous learning and adapting to new technologies are important for software engineers to stay relevant in an evolving field.

What engineers make $500,000?

Highly experienced software engineers, especially those in specialized fields like machine learning, AI, or cybersecurity, can earn $500,000 or more annually. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, popular frameworks, and agile project management tools is typically expected. Excellent time management, self-motivation, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for balancing weekend work and collaborating with remote or distributed teams.
