Job Summary
As a Sober Living Tech, you will provide comprehensive support to residents in our facilities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that fosters long-term sobriety. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive support during resident intake, orientation, and discharge processes
Administering urine screens and performing room searches, ensuring all procedures are documented accurately
Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and supply levels of the unit
Keeping detailed resident records and ensuring availability of necessary documentation on the unit
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid Driver's License
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and compassion for individuals in recovery
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Objective Clinical Decision-Making: Evaluate resident needs impartially and make informed clinical decisions based on accurate and comprehensive information.

Boundary Maintenance: Maintain professional boundaries with clients, ensuring a clear distinction between staff and resident relationships.
Self-Help Promotion: Encourage a self-help approach among residents, guiding them to solve their own problems and to seek support from their peers within the program.
