Job Summary

Armada Recovery is seeking a motivated and compassionate Sober Living Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Sober Living Technician, you will provide comprehensive support to residents in our facilities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that fosters long-term sobriety. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support during resident intake, orientation, and discharge processes

  • Administer urine screens and perform room searches, ensuring all procedures are documented accurately

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and supply levels of the unit

  • Keep detailed resident records and ensure availability of necessary documentation on the unit

  • Manage the turnover of resident rooms and beds, ensuring they are clean and ready for new residents

  • Act promptly during resident crises and emergencies, providing necessary assistance

  • Engage in treatment team meetings and case conferences, contributing to the continuum of care

  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive approach to care

  • Participate in agency events, serving as a role model for residents

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, representing the facility to the public

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid Driver's License
