As an Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to: Assisting a member of senior management in their daily tasks, in the execution of their functions and responsibilities, by optimizing the monitoring of requests, correspondence, communications and daily deliverables; Ensure effective liaison and communication with all departments and residences across the province; Filter and prioritize calls, answer them or direct communications according to the nature of the request and decide which ones to forward to superiors in order to effectively support their interventions; Provide administrative support by creating analytical reports, dashboards, data visualizations, etc.
