As a Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator, you will create and monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will ensure compliance with government regulations and ensure that adequate staffing is in place to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your role will be essential in supporting the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations within the facility.
Must Have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state
  • Willing to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, holidays, and/or on other shifts and in other positions when necessary
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

  • Related experience in a long-term care, healthcare, or skilled nursing environment
