Florida Quality Roofing is excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Residential Roofing Sales Representative. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual eager to drive our sales efforts and grow with us in a thriving market. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our team, directly influencing our success and expansion. This is not a remote job, and the selected candidate will be expected to engage in field activities and client meetings across designated areas.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meeting 3–5 prospective clients per day through networking, referrals, and canvassing.
  • Conducting roof assessments and inspections to provide accurate, professional estimates.
  • Collaborating with sales management to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Expanding territory and helping customers find roofing solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Representing Florida Quality Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and ensuring high quality of service.
  • Attending weekly networking meetings (company-paid) and maintaining an active follow-up regime with clients to nurture leads and close sales.
Requirements
  • Motivated, confident, and results-oriented individual with a competitive but collaborative spirit.
  • Experienced in sales or customer-facing roles; experience in home improvement or construction is a plus.
