Full-Time | Commission-Based Pay

Ace Pro Roofing is a trusted leader in residential and commercial roofing solutions across South Florida. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking highly motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. 
If you’re a driven, people-focused sales professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping homeowners protect their investments, we want to hear from you. 
What You’ll Do 
  • Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and provided leads 
  • Perform roof inspections and accurately assess storm or retail roofing needs 
  • Prepare and present detailed project estimates to customers 
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on active opportunities 
  • Maintain communication with customers from first contact through project completion 
  • Represent Ace Pro Roofing with professionalism and integrity in every interaction 
What We’re Looking For 
  • Proven sales experience in roofing, construction, or related trades  
  • Strong communication and closing skills 
  • Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections 
  • Basic technology proficiency (email, CRM, estimates, spreadsheets) 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic 
  • Must live locally in Broward or Miami-Dade County 
  • Spanish fluency is a strong plus but not required
