Tadlock Roofing is looking for driven sales professionals who know how to close. If you're motivated by unlimited earning potential, enjoy meeting homeowners, and aren't afraid to generate your own business, we want to talk to you.
This is a 100% commission sales opportunity with one of Florida's most trusted roofing companies. The ideal candidate will be based in or around Panama City, with additional opportunities throughout the Pensacola market.
What You'll Do
  • Meet with homeowners (leads provided!) to inspect roofs and recommend roofing solutions.
  • Close residential roofing sales.
  • Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and prospecting.
  • Follow up on company-provided opportunities.
  • Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
  • Manage your sales pipeline from first contact through project completion.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales experience is required.
  • Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting goals.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable generating their own business.
  • Self-generated sales experience is preferred.
  • Roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Outside sales, home improvement, construction, or in-home sales experience is a plus.
  • Military or veteran experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
