Job description

Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders

  • Develop and implement nursing care plans

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Educate patients and families about mental health disorders and treatment options

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

  • Newly Licensed welcome!

  • Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Full Time Standard shifts:

  • Day - 06:30 to 15:00 (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM)

  • Evening/Swing - 14:30 to 23:00 (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)

  • Night - 22:30 to 07:00 (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM)

  • 12-hour shifts may be available

  • Shift Differentials: 

  • $2.50/hr for swing and night shift

    • $4.00 for weekends

Part-time RN:

  • Generally one option: 24 hours/wk @12-hour shifts only

  • Two-week schedule: Work week runs Sun-Sat. Part-time RN schedule is back to back 12's on Friday/Sat/Sun/Mon, then 10 days off.

  • PT can pick up available shifts, including to FT or beyond into OT

  • Benefits are available to PT RNs working at least 24 hours/week
