Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
  • Administer, observe, and record medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition of patient
  • Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
  • Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
  • Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge
  • Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
