JOB SUMMARY
A Registered Nurse (RN) partnering with Radiant Medical Staffing will work with our Skilled Nursing facilities to provide day to daynursing care and ensure the safety of residents. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give quality nursing care with little supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide primary care toresidents with varying backgrounds and medical histories
  • Obtain and administerprescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursingtechniques
  • Ensure residents' chart iscurrent
  • Assess resident for change ofcondition
  • A Registered Nurse (RN) will assist with new resident admissionprocess
  • Keep residents' family andphysician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, orconditions of health
  • Communicate needs of residentto outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, HomeHealth Agency, Pharmacy, etc
  • Complete incident andaccident investigation in collaboration with other clinical personnel
  • Other Duties as Assigned
