Job Description:
Are you a Registered Nurse searching for a part-time in-home healthcare job where you're treated with respect and be part of a professional, supportive team?
If so, then Right at Home In Home Care & Assistance is the place for you! Right at Home Central Oregon is a locally owned, award-winning in-home care agency serving all of Central Oregon. We are looking for a part-time RN to join our team!
The RN role within our agency is is responsible for completing initial nursing assessments and 90-day monitoring visits in the homes of our clients who receive medication administration services and/or delegated tasks. Additionally, the RN role includes teaching our caregivers one hour of in-person medication training with skills testing in our office and delegating caregivers in the field as needed.
The ideal applicant would be available for 3-6 hours a day during one day every 3 months (every 90 days) for nursing visits and optimally have the flexibility of several hours at their discretion on other days to teach med classes, delegations or initial nursing assessments as needed.
The number of RN visits and med classes we will need will vary from month to month and range from zero to 10 hours per month.
Other tasks would include file review and medication approval for medication adjustments on our MARs. Some tasks associated with this position can be done from the comfort of your home. You will have control over scheduling around your needs provided deadlines are met for RN responsibilities in the office and field.
