What units are included in the float pool Critical Care Unit, Observation, Med Surg, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Short Stay Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Telemetry and Progressive Care
Nurse:Patient Ratios We have standard AACN CCU staffing. Assignments are 1-2 depending on acuity. You may have 1-3 is the acuity of the assignment is lower and or they have transfer orders
