Springtree Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a professional and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Desk Nurse to join our weekend team. This role is vital in ensuring the continuity of high-quality care through clinical assessments, documentation, and exceptional communication — all while working from a centralized desk or nursing station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient assessments over the phone or in coordination with field staff.
  • Accurately document patient interactions, assessments, and communications in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally over the phone, providing clear and concise information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient care needs are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Support clinical and administrative teams as needed from a desk-based nursing station.

Requirements:
