    Primary Responsibilities
    The Regional Slotting Analyst is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving KeHE's slotting strategy across the assigned distribution centers within their defined region. This role ensures optimal product placement, improved labor productivity, and enhanced order quality by leveraging slotting software, operational analytics, and close partnership with DC leadership. The Regional Slotting Analyst will guide the DC's team of Slotting Analysts, providing direction, development, and performance accountability for all slotting activity within the region. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.
    Essential Functions
    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Execute the slotting strategy for all distribution centers within the assigned region, ensuring consistent execution and measurable improvement as defined by the slotting Manager.
    • Utilize slotting software and SKU analysis to optimize pick paths, replenishment frequency, storage media, and travel time.
    • Partner with DC operations, engineering, and replenishment teams to execute slotting changes.
    • Establish and track KPIs to measure slotting performance and labor impact.
    • Lead regional slotting projects, ensuring alignment across multiple facilities.
    • Collaborate with corporate engineering to maintain alignment with enterprise slotting standards and tools.
    • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned.

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
    • Proficiency in slotting software, WMS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven skill set.
    • Leadership skills with ability to coach and develop a team.
    • Exceptional communication with ability to influence operations partners.
    • Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple facilities.
    • Motivated by continuous improvement and measurable results.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or slotting roles.
    • Experience with DC operations including receiving, selection, replenishment, and layout design.
    • Proven experience improving labor productivity through slotting optimization.
    • Experience leading regional or multi-site projects.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Work performed in both office and warehouse environments.
    • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout distribution centers for extended periods.
    • Frequent use of computers, keyboards, and office equipment.
    • Occasional bending, lifting, or reaching required.
    • Fast-paced environment with occasional evening or weekend work.
    • Travel required 25-50% across regional distribution centers.
