What You Will Work On

Support strong supply chain performance by maintaining accurate inventory positions across channels and ensuring products are available to meet customer demand. Daily work includes analyzing replenishment reports, identifying imbalances, and adjusting inventory levels to support sales and service goals. Collaboration across merchandising, distribution centers, and store teams ensures inventory decisions reflect business needs.

Additional responsibilities involve managing purchase orders, overseeing supplier lead times, and maintaining replenishment parameters to ensure items flow efficiently through the network. You will facilitate store communication, support seasonal and promotional inventory planning, and ensure documentation and internal controls are consistently maintained. The role blends analytical thinking, problemsolving, and crossfunctional coordination.

Who You Will Work With

You will work closely with Buyers, Planners, store teams, and distribution centers to support replenishment strategies and inventory flow. This role also interacts with Category Management partners to align receipt flow, stock levels, and replenishment parameters with sales expectations.

Strong relationships with suppliers, DC partners, and internal cross-functional teams ensure seamless execution of replenishment processes and effective communication across the business.

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of related experience in inventory management, merchandise planning, or replenishment required

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problemsolving abilities

  • Ability to work in a highvolume, fastpaced environment with strict attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn Oracle Retail applications

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond positively to new challenges

  • Customerfocused mindset when making business decisions

  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed

Work Style and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
