Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Controllership, leads the oversight of financial accounting flows and processes and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role ensures accuracy in financial statements, manages internal controls, and drives process improvements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong leadership to promote ethical practices and support business objectives through effective financial analysis and operational planning. The role demands a commitment to integrity, continuous improvement, and delivering value by aligning financial controls with organizational goals.

  • Manage annual budget preparation by reviewing, analyzing, and consolidating preliminary budgets and presenting recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee financial reporting, balance sheet accounts, and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Lead accounting operations by applying technical accounting knowledge and resolving discrepancies to maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance through thorough review and evaluation of financial statements.
  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance to achieve objectives.
  • Provide leadership through mentoring, training, and performance management to develop a high-performing team.
