Tac City Airsoft is Southern Californias premier indoor CQB field, and were looking for a reliable, energetic team member who can jump between roles and keep the mission running smoothly. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy helping players have an unforgettable experience, this role is for you.
Position Overview
This is a multirole position covering:
OnField Referee enforce rules, ensure safety, manage game flow
Rental Department gear checkout, fitting, returns, and basic equipment upkeep
Pro Shop Cashier customer service, sales, restocking, and register operation
General Housekeeping cleaning, trash, restrooms, sweeping, and field reset
Requirements
Must be available weekends and weeknights
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay calm and professional in a highenergy environment
Reliable, punctual, and teamoriented
Bonus: Experience with airsoft, tactical sports, or retail
