Job Posting: Paintball and Airsoft Referee
Location: SC Village Paintball and Airsoft Park, Lakeside
Position Type: Part-time, Weekends and some Federal Holidays
Pay: California Minimum Wage ($16.90/hour)
Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Paintball and Airsoft Referees. As a referee, you will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our players, enforce game rules, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise paintball and airsoft games to ensure fair play and safety.
  • Explain and enforce game rules and safety guidelines.
  • Assist players with equipment setup and provide basic instructions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of playing fields and equipment.

Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic about paintball and airsoft sports.
  • Reliable and hardworking, able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
