Position Summary
TrueTimber Outdoors is currently seeking an experienced Retail Omni Strategy Manager. As the Retail Omni Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our omni commerce strategy across Walmart, Walmart Marketplace, Lowe's, Bass Pro Shops, Cabela's, and future retail partners.
You will serve as the company's lead for Omni shelf excellence, marketplace optimization, retailer collaboration, and omnichannel growth initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Creative Services, Operations, Finance, and IT, you will ensure our brands are easy to find, easy to shop, and positioned for long-term success with our retail partners.
Primary Responsibility:
Retail Omni Strategy
  • Develop and execute the Company's retail Omni commerce strategy.
  • Building the Retail Omni Strategy functions as a long-term competitive advantage.
  • Develop annual Omni growth plans supporting key retail customers.

Impact Omni Customer Experience
  • Best in Class item experience for customers
  • Own and continuously improve product content across all current and future retail partner websites.
  • Maintain industry-leading content quality scores.
  • Optimize product titles, keywords, attributes, imagery, videos, enhanced content, specifications, comparison charts, ratings, reviews, and customer-facing product information.

Search & Marketplace Optimization
  • Improve product discoverability through search optimization and keyword strategy.
  • Monitor search rankings, conversion rates, and content performance.
  • Continuously update product content as retailer requirements and search algorithms evolve.
  • Manage marketplace optimization initiatives and recommend opportunities for continued growth.

Retail Partner Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary Omni commerce contact with Walmart and other strategic retail partners.
  • Build collaborative relationships with retailer Omni merchandising, eCommerce, marketplace, search, and retail media teams.
  • Identify new Omni opportunities, promotional programs, pilot initiatives, and merchandising opportunities that support profitable growth.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure commitments made to retail partners are executed with excellence.

Omnichannel Growth
  • Develop marketing initiatives that support both online and in-store sales.
  • Partner with Marketing to create retailer-specific Omni campaigns.
  • Support product launches through coordinated Omni marketing efforts.
  • Recommend new opportunities to increase retail sell-through across all channels.

Retail Media & Analytics
  • Assist in managing retailer advertising programs.
  • Develop reporting and executive dashboards measuring:
    • Omni sales
    • Search rankings
    • Content quality
    • Conversion
    • Advertising effectiveness
    • Retail performance
    • Inventory health
    • Sell-through performance
