This position is designed as a full-time remote opportunity, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while engaging with clients in an outpatient setting. • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Perform comprehensive client assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to develop personalized treatment plans reflecting the client's goals and challenges.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to integrate holistic care strategies for clients.
• Document all client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in mental health to enhance service delivery and improve treatment outcomes.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent is essential for this role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to apply therapeutic methodologies in a remote setting while maintaining client engagement and rapport.
• Flexibility and commitment to working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client cases.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling across various populations.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems to document treatment notes and communicate with clients.
• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques is a plus.
• A background in substance use disorders and dual diagnosis treatment would be beneficial.
