Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Perform comprehensive client assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to develop personalized treatment plans reflecting the client's goals and challenges.
  • Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to integrate holistic care strategies for clients.
  • Document all client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in mental health to enhance service delivery and improve treatment outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
