Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients in a virtual setting.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding of clients' challenges and experiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation and client management.
  • Background in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
  • Previous work with a diverse clientele, providing culturally competent support and understanding.
