Right Pathway Mental and Behavioral Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our fully remote team. In this full-time position, you will utilize your expertise in psychotherapy to provide therapeutic services and support to individuals facing various mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will encompass delivering quality psychotherapy services to clients with various mental health concerns. Specific tasks include:

  • Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately diagnose clientsโ€™ conditions and formulate effective treatment plans guided by established best practices.
  • Applying a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailoring approaches to meet individual client needs.
  • Maintaining diligent and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with all healthcare standards.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary collaborations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to deliver coordinated, holistic care to patients.
  • Engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings to foster ongoing professional development and to enhance the quality of patient care.
  • Offering education to clients and their families to empower them with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, strategies for coping, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution is required.
  • A valid LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Washington is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating proficiency in various counseling techniques.
