• Conduct comprehensive assessments via teletherapy to help clients identify their mental health needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at managing specific mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate one-on-one weekly counseling sessions using video conferencing tools to track client progress and adapt care strategies.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. This includes addressing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your clinical interventions will contribute directly to creating supportive environments within schools that promote mental wellness and academic success.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid LICSW license to practice in Washington State with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in clinical social work practices, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment development.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with diverse populations, particularly young individuals.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy effectively.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing clinical social work services, particularly within school or community settings.
• Experience collaborating with educational professionals or community organizations to enhance client care.
• Knowledge of local resources and services available to families and children in Yakima, WA.
