In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who face various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Each client presents unique life experiences and backgrounds, allowing you to apply a person-centered approach in your therapy sessions. Your ability to build rapport with clients will be essential to fostering a safe space where they feel comfortable sharing their struggles and working towards their personal goals.

Qualifications

  • A master’s degree or higher in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
  • Strong ability to conduct assessments and develop appropriate, evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to individual clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote and collaborative environment.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Experience working with a diverse client population and understanding cultural competency in mental health care.
Compensation and Benefits

In exchange for your valuable contributions, Clean Recovery Healthcare Center offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We are committed to supporting our employees by providing a generous benefits package that includes:
