Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Utilize specialized therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to foster healing and support.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions based on comprehensive client assessments.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver cohesive and unified care to clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when client situations warrant immediate attention, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
