Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Utilize specialized therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to foster healing and support.
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions based on comprehensive client assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver cohesive and unified care to clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when client situations warrant immediate attention, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups designed to enhance client engagement and community connection.

The diverse clientele at Serene Support Partners ranges from children to adults, each facing unique challenges regarding their mental health. Your work will directly impact individuals dealing with a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ concerns, and trauma, providing you with the opportunity to make significant changes in their lives through dedicated support and tailored interventions.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
  • State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required for this role.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in mental health settings, particularly in outpatient therapy.
  • Strong familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are necessary for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a demonstrated ability to provide culturally sensitive care.
  • Knowledgeable in crisis intervention techniques and safety planning procedures.
  • Prior experience with telehealth technologies and virtual therapy practices is a definite plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Alongside competitive compensation, we provide a sign-on bonus, which reflects our commitment to attracting top talent. As part of our team, you will enjoy robust benefits including:
