Hub/Pharma Account Manager
Location: This is a hybrid position based in one of our offices in Vienna, VA; Charlotte, NC; or Orlando, FL.
During the initial onboarding and training period (approximately 1-2 months), employees are expected to work onsite four (4) days per week to facilitate training, collaboration, and integration with the team.
Upon successful completion of training, the schedule transitions to a hybrid model, with employees expected to work onsite 2-3 days per week, including a minimum of two (2) days each week for in-person collaboration.
Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our office locations. This is not a remote position.

Job Summary
The HUB/Pharma Account Manager is responsible for assisting with managing, maintaining, and growing our current HUB customer base. This role is critical in strengthening client relationships, supporting ongoing service delivery, and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and volume within existing accounts.
The HUB Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with key contacts, including program managers and eServices teams, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. They will serve as a primary point of contact for customer needs, while monitoring SeeQer volume and helping identify new areas of opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and questions as a top priority, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Manage multiple accounts and client relationships simultaneously with strong attention to detail Overcome and resolve technical, service, and customer objections effectively
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Careviso suite of services and how they integrate into customer workflows
  • Schedule recurring conference calls and proactively problem-solve for customers within established response timelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer prioritization and satisfaction Monitor SeeQer volume and assist in identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts
  • Execute all responsibilities with professionalism, urgency, and a strong customer-first mindset
Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated prior account management experience with the ability to develop relationships and grow business within an assigned territory
  • High sense of urgency combined with exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to analyze and manage large data sets in various formats
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
